Journal Intellectual Property Policy
The journal’s editorial policy in the field of intellectual property is developed in accordance with COPE recommendations on copyright and publication ethics.
The journal provides authors and readers with information on the following aspects:
- copyright and licensing terms for published materials;
- possible costs associated with the preparation and publication of materials;
- prior publication of a manuscript, which excludes it from consideration by the Editorial Office;
- mandatory plagiarism screening of all submitted manuscripts.
