Publication of materials in the journal is funded by the authors.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is UAH 30 per page and is determined at the time of submission. Once the article has been officially submitted, the publication fee for the author remains unchanged.

Payment is made after the article has been accepted for publication.

The editorial fee covers the costs of editing, typesetting, and publication of the materials.

Payment of the editorial fee does not affect the results of peer review or the decision of the Editorial Board regarding publication of the article.

Third-cycle higher education students enrolled in state-funded study programs are exempt from the publication fee, provided that the article is single-authored.
