Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• This submission has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to the editorial offices of other journals (or the necessary explanations have been provided in the comments for the editor below).

• The submission file is a document in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, RTF, or WordPerfect format.

• Internet links in the text are provided with complete and correct URLs.

• The text is set in 12-point type with single line spacing; authorial emphasis is indicated by italics rather than underlining (except for URL addresses); all illustrations, graphs, and tables are placed directly in the text where they are relevant in context, rather than at the end of the document.

• The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic requirements set out in the following documents:
